Salford Wide Extended Access Pilot

Salford Primary Care Together are the provider of SWEAP which offers patients registered with a Salford GP access to weekday evening (Monday – Friday 6.30pm – 8.00pm) and weekend morning (Saturday & Sunday 9.00am – 12.30pm) primary care appointments.

The service is provided from the following five Neighbourhood Hubs; but can only be booked through your own GP reception on 0161 983 0080.

  • Eccles Gateway
  • Newbury Place Health Centre
  • Pendleton Gateway
  • Swinton Gateway
  • Walkden Gateway

Patients can book evening or weekend appointments through the GP practice that they are registered with; patients can choose to book an appointment at any of the five hubs in Salford.

Mon 7.30am -12noon and 2.30pm to 7pm

Our GP Registrars, are fully qualified doctors undergoing further training to become GPs.

They are available Monday to Friday.
