Consult with your Doctor online

Patients are able to contact their clinician to ask a question, request medication or a sick note using to our PATCHS Online consultation service. This will offer an efficient way for patients to get in touch with us for practice queries or seek medical advice, with patients receiving a response within five working days.

Answer a few short questions and we will get back to you within 5 working days. Please do not use this online form for urgent or emergency requests.

The submitted forms will only be read during our opening hours. The forms will not be read on the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or on Bank holidays. They will also not be read Monday to Friday between the hours of 6pm to 9am.

Please contact 111 during out of hours or 999 if you have an emergency.

Public Transport, Car Parking & Access

We strongly encourage our staff, patients and visitors to walk, cycle, and use public transport where possible as part of a healthy lifestyle.

Cycle Parking

There is secure cycle parking at the rear of the building (accessed through the car park).

Public Transport

The surgery is well served by the local bus network. The nearest bus stop is on Phoebe Street. For further information contact Transport for Greater Manchester on 0161 244 1000 or Public Transport information is also available from the Traveline website.

Car Parking

Patient car parking facilities at the Health Centre are free of charge for the first two hours. When you arrive please obtain a ticket from the car park and we will have a validating machine in the health centre.

Disabled Access

The surgery is situated on the ground floor allowing easy Disabled Access: We have a ramp in the front of the building with adequate access for wheelchairs and disabled patients. We also have a disabled toilet with easy access and a parking area in the front of the surgery which is close to the entrance door. Our staff are always on hand to give help and support where necessary.
